At Swish, our CSR commitment is not limited to simply installing charging stations for electric vehicles. Through our three pillars of Environment, Social and Governance; and a “zero compromise” approach, we ensure that we conduct our activities in a transparent and ethical manner. Environment : We do everything we can to reduce our environmental impact. This involves internal initiatives aimed at adopting eco-responsible practices, as well as collaboration with our clients to integrate sustainable solutions into their activities.
Social and Societal: The well-being of our employees is a priority. We promote their professional and personal development in a caring and inclusive work environment. We also seek to play an active role as a responsible economic player, by supporting local initiatives that benefit society as a whole. Governance: Our governance is based on ethics, transparency and respect for the principles of sustainable development. We work to promote a corporate culture in line with our CSR commitments and maintain a constant dialogue with our stakeholders to build a more sustainable future.
For each of these pillars, we are implementing concrete actions to strengthen our CSR commitments. Here are some examples: Certifications: 9001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environment). Upcoming certifications: 45001 (Occupational health and safety) and EcoVadis. Partnership with Cèdre for the recycling of glass, paper and bio-waste. 100% of the Swish car fleet is electric or hybrid. For each terminal installed, two trees are planted.
