Our Commitment to CSR and Decarbonization

At Swish, our mission goes beyond installing charging points; we aim to drive the transition to low-carbon mobility for committed professionals.

We recognize that our operations must generate not only economic value but also social and environmental value. Therefore, we have defined a clear and ambitious roadmap for 2024-2027, structured around three fundamental pillars that guide all our decisions.

Our Strategic Pillars (ESG Framework)

Environment

Our goal is to reduce our carbon footprint both internally and across the infrastructures we deploy. We actively work on energy efficiency, the reduction of greenhouse gases (GHG), and the promotion of the circular economy in our equipment.

Social & Societal

People are at the heart of our DNA. We promote personal fulfillment, diversity, and the safety of our teams, while acting as responsible economic players throughout our value chain.

Governance

We build a corporate culture based on transparency, ethics, and the commitment of our employees. We involve all our stakeholders to ensure sustainable business practices and lasting relationships.

Priorities for a Sustainable Transition

1.- Minimizing Environmental Impact

Emission Reduction

Implementation of a climate strategy to reduce GHG emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.

Cleaner Materials

We prioritize the use of eco-friendly paints in our projects starting in 2026 and are working to eliminate single-use plastics in our offices.

2.- Valuing Human Capital

Equality and Diversity

We guarantee equal opportunities and apply a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination.

Health and Safety

Continuous reinforcement of safety and risk prevention for all our operational teams.

Talent Development

Promotion of continuous training and the integration of new employees.
